Alcohol 120

Open alcohol 120 and select image burning wizard and this will open

click on the browse button and point the program to the cue file and click on next

Now just follow the instructions above, pop in a cd, select the write speed and click on start and you done.

This is by far the best of the bunch and does a really great job on making the cd.
